As the connection between transmission network and consumers facilities,distribution network has been paid more and more attentions about its planning.Ascientific and efficient optimization project for distribution network structure can saveinvestment,reduce power-cutting and the line losses, as well as improve the quality ofelectric power,which is currently one of the important task of the departments of powersystem.This paper introduces the revolutionarily stability strategy and the cooperativeco-evolution idea into the distribution network planning,and a new planning method isbased on the improved genetic algorithm.A restoration scheme is given aiming at theproblem of production of the lots of infeasible solutions due to the application of thegenetic algorithm in distribution network planning.And the improved forward-backwardsweep method of distribution network is given based on analytic network process.Therestlts from calculation example shows that the proposed method is effective.
