Research Of Network Planning Optimization In Electric Power Construction Project

The network planning technology is a technical and the project emerging discipline. With the development of the network planning techenology and the maturity of the theory, more and more algorithms have been applied in Network Planning field of project management.This paper analyses and compares algorithms applied in Network Planning, mostly discusses the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and made the improvement to the PSO algorithm to form RSAPSO(Particle Swarm Optimization and Simulated Annealing based on the strategy of relaxation-velocity-update. Based on the synthetic study of costing,quality, suitable resource arrangement and construction period,has established the unlimited leveling optimal and the multi-objective optimal mathematical model, introduc improved PSO algorithm to solve above mathematical model.The experiment proved that, the RSAPSO algorithm and above-mentioned mathematical models have very big application value in the electric powerproject network plan.
