The pressure on the high-strength concrete components significant echnical and economic benefits, not only to reduce its component sections to reduce the amount of concrete, but also reduce costs. To the advantages of high-strength concrete has been widely recognized and has been in the industrial and civil construction, road and bridge construction projects in the universal application, it is the 21st century choice of materials.This paper relies on the Chongqing Municipal traffic technology projects "with large-span beam bridge wide cable-stayed bridge design and construction of the research of key technologies" in the subject of "C60 precast concrete and cast-in-place concrete expansion of the pilot study of the site", in view of cast-in-place bridge Gao Qiang compensation contraction joints wet concrete, in precast concrete bridge decks shrinkage, creep test, wetlands compensation contraction joints of the concrete mixture ratio test segment prototype test and numerical analysis, obtained the following findings:Precast concrete bridge decks C60 shrinkage, creep-time curve for the cast-in-place wet joint deformation in the reference basis for the cast-in-place concrete shrinkage compensation wet joints with a reasonable ratio of the prototype test section of concrete shrinkage compensation With the stress and strain of the age curve observed in summing up both at home and abroad cast-in-place concrete construction joints and the success or failure of conservation on the basis of experience, put forward concrete bridge deck and joint measures to guarantee the construction of establishing numerical model analysis, and calculation results Festival comparison of the prototype test results are very good fit. In addition, through long-term observation in the prototype specimen in wet concrete expansion joints, as well as changes in the cracks in the surface conditions, that the expansion did not appear normal concrete work destructive cracks. That test is successful, the test results received for the smooth progress of construction of the data provided support. Also for the future expansion of concrete in the area of the bridge, and more effective use of information provided.
