Due to the lack of solutions to the problem of cracking and large crack width of the reinforced concrete structures caused by large local stress, a new treatment measure of using steel-concrete composite structures with tension steel plate is proposed. For the hope of revealing the enhanced anti-crack mechanism, understanding the mechanical behaviors and establishing a preliminary design theory, through analysis and theoretical research test, we make the following researches:1. Based on actual projects, experimental researches on the press-bending behaviors of the steel-concrete composite structures with tension steel plate have been designed and completed. The experimental results show that compared with the reinforced concrete structures, the anti-crack performance, ductility and ultimate carrying capacity improve capacity, and crack width significantly reduce.2. In order to know the reasonable finite element of the new structure, two kind of the finite element model has been built. Compared with the experimental results, we suggest that the simulating method of Shear Connectors using the combine are reasonable.3. Through analysis and theoretical research test, the simplified tension stress-strain relationship of the steel-concrete composite structures with tension steel plate has been gotten.4. With the analyzed results, the calculating methods for the anti-crack degree, the stiffness after cracking, the stress and the ultimate carrying capacity are suggested.
