Huaian Beijing-Road bridge is across the Jing-Hang Grand Canal, the main inter-stiffening beam is steel box girder, while inter-for prestressed is concrete box girder. In order not to affect the transport, during the construction process, a new "first cable Later beam Dynasty" is used, which is different from the general self-anchored suspension bridge's construction process. Based on the specific processes of Beijing Road Bridge Construction and the monitoring dates, this article researches the problems which happened during the construction of this bridge, and gives the solutions to the problems. The main content is as follows:(1) Using non-linear finite element method, (analytical method is supplemented by the way) the engineering controls before hoisting the steel box girder are analyzed and calculated. Construction of the first phase of the main control is cable construction stage. According to the actual construction sequence, analyses the erection for the construction of the benchmark strand and the general strand, the cable folder location, and the main cable changes after the erection of hanger, accurately applied to the construction process.(2) The construction of Lifting steel box-girder is the focus of control, based on the construction of the specific circumstances, analyses the alignment changes of the main cable and steel box girder , the displacement of the top of the main tower ,the side-saddle time and the pushers, ensure the smooth construction of the bridge.(3) During the process of lifting steel box girder, the end of the main beams and the temporary block will be anchored by the temporary cable, to ensure that there is no level displacement of the main beam. How to control the displacement of the main beam and the rally of temporary cable is the difference.(4) discuss the choice to the closure of the main beam alignment, by comparing the results of three alignments, determines the best plan, and namely the welding line is last line. And the follow-up of the system conversion process is calculated and analysis, provide theoretical guidance to the later construction.
