Research On Establishing The Present Serviceability Index And Predictive Model Based On Pavement Maintenance Management System

Pavement management system is an efficient tool that help highway administrative department to make full use of limited resource, in the hope of providing proper service level of road surface for road user. Pavement performance prediction models and optimization model is the important component of the pavement management system. The realization of performance prediction models and optimization model is the key of the development of the pavement management system.The intention of the research is retrospect of the literature about the pavement performance evaluation. The model theory of the performance evaluation from condition, riding quality, safety performance, structural capability and combined evaluation are studied. The paper also studies the factors being anfractuosities that direct to the deterioration of the pavement serviceability and the faintness of the investigate datum. Then the fuzzy regression is adopted to constitute the pavement performance evaluation which would be more accord with the fact.Pavement performances predict is the method that predicts and reckons future condition of pavement performances by past and nowadays search data and mathematics model integrated with computer. The author establishes artificial network model and predicts pavement performances-BP Pavement artificial network and better decides maintenance and rehabilitation strategies.Evaluation model and predict model in the paper is feasible in the theory. But we can't future testify rationality and practicability of evaluation model and predict model for no integrate and comprehensive locale data. The author think that set of analysis theory and set of analysis theory integrated with artificial network model of evaluation and artificial network model of predict is feasible in the theory, but feasibility of these models demand the study in the future.
