As everyone knows, it is important to construct the urban rail system as our country's economy develops rapidly and more large cities appear. However, the vibration and noise along the railway lines should not be neglected.Nowadays the fasteners applied in urban lines of our country are listed as follows: clips 1 type fastening, DT type fastening and WJ low resistance fastening. Learning the foreign experience, the fastenings which are fixed under the rails reduce the track structure's vibration and noise to extend the railway line's usage life, reduce the maintenance cost and protect the environment.Firstly, types, characteristics and vibration isolation behavior of rail fastenings in different countries are investigated. Secondly, the dynamic model of vehicle-high elastic fastenings systems is built. In such model, the rail is simulated as an endless Euler beam on the discretely supported elastic foundation, the rubber pads under rail and fastenings are treated as liner springs uniformly distributed. Depending on the vehicle-track dynamic differential equations, the wheel-rail forces and the support reactions under different rail fastenings are analyzed. Furthermore, the bonding type rail fastenings are developed and their vibration isolation effects are testified.Through wheel-rail dynamic analysis and the parameters' optimization, the high elastic rail fastenings are designed and their vibration reduction effects testified to provide the theoretical and experimental foundation for railway track's design and selection in the future.
