| With the development of micro-computer relay protection,some new protection principles and programs request the device of relay protection to a higher demand.The main topic of this paper is to develop a new protection platform.This platform can achieve different protections with different programs.In this paper,on the basis of the platform,achieve a high voltage,large capacity motor protection.The focus of this paper is the design of relay protection platform and development.The platform adopts separate plug-in sheet in the hardware design,including five parts: the main protection sheet and man and machine interface sheet.Adoption dual CPUs improve the efficiency and reliability,both CPUs are use Fujitsu 16 bits microprocessor MB90F594A,the main protection sheet installed capacity of the hardware self-test.,realized the digital and analog acquisition,achieved all kinds of protection by data processing.The man and machine interface sheet can display time and protection information,achieving MMI through the keyboard and communicate with PC,preserving the CAN and RS485 communication interface,according need to use which one.Detailed analysis of the motor protection principle, finally use fast FFT(fast Fourier transform)as the moter comprehensive protection arithmetic.The software mainly introduce the Fujistu 16 bits microprocessor platform(Softune V3 Workbench),programming the moter protection,realized various protection of the motor.The protection device have a simulated experiment.The experimental results show that:the protection devices are reasonable,the implementation of the program are effective,have a good action and reliability.Finally rasied some measures to futher improve the system. |
