| Radiofrequency Ablation medical equipment is widely used to comprehensive cancer treatment in the past dozen years. It uses high frequency alternating current, which is greater than 100 kHz, through the body, due to tumor cells sensitive to high fever, so it will elevate temperature of cancer cells, as to achieve the purpose of high fever kill cancer cells. Long-term clinical data show that medical technology is minimally invasive, effective and safe, making this technology in the liver and pancreas diseases such as cancer treatment have been widely used and have received good results.Now many radiofrequency ablation treatment systems used a microcontroller or embedded systems, and have designed a lot of practical and efficient therapeutic equipments. But due to system resources constraints, such systems are often difficult to expand, and due to strong dependence between software and hardware, it is not conducive to system evolves. Research on the question of the use of the Top - Bottom machine structure in the radiofrequency ablation treatment for the design, the top is PC and the bottom is MCU embedded systems.Now we have realized the overall design for the radiofrequency ablation treatment system based on the Top-Bottom machine structure, and completed the upper and lower computer integration of the hardware and software. Software control system has basically completed its basic functions of this therapeutic apparatus, top machine and bottom machine can work together using its own serial communication protocol. Design a method for the temperature automatic adjustment based on the PID algorithm, and established an information system for the patients treated.Preliminary tests showed that the treatment for normal operation of various functions of equipment, PC monitoring works fine, and the treatment for both functions have been better realized. |
