Intelligent Traffic System is an important method, which can improve the urban traffic situation. The study to Intelligent Traffic System has significant evaluation in practical applications.LaiGang Group is a large powerful company of Shandong Province, on 27th December 2005, its throughout has been reached 10 million tons through the readjustment of the industrial structure in 2004. With the expansion of the industrial scope, the product area and the personnel's amount have been increasing quickly. In order to meet with the requirement of the industrial production, the problem of the workers' traffic has become an urgent need.In current, there are over 40 thousand personnel in LaiGang Group, About half workers live far away from the factory. In the future, as Laigang workers increasingly concentrated residential areas, required by the departure of the staff members of the work have increased every year, the existing bus operation has been unable to meet state development needs of Laigang. In July 2005 Motor Transport Company owned 66 passenger cars. In 2006 they purchased 20 vehicles. And then the existing vehicle 73, n 73 lines are put into operation. In running we found that the existing mode of operation is still unable to meet the needs of workers, the main performance is in the following: Passengers are unreasonable to distribute, the buses are crowded seriously on working hours, the operation runs inefficient, running routes exist high repeatedly etc. So it is necessary to optimize the existing mode of operation in order to meet the needs of workers.In this paper, for present traffic system in Laigang Group, using technical and scientific application of planning perspective, the weak links in current transport operation mode are improved. The optimization model of Laigang transport system is established. From the perspective of the logistics system, the workers are said customers and the demand for a customer is seen as an order pattern. The difference from the present model is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:1. The change of customer service patterns. Using sweep statistical analysis method, with the actual place of residence and the right location of customers, Developed different types of customer service standards are done.2. The change of time patterns. According to different groups of workers, the original passive waiting is changed to customer autonomous vehicles against time-dependent clients, and the logistics model with time windows is applied to help train the accurate and timely grasp of market dynamics, and lower operating costs.3. The optimization of distribution. Firstly routing optimization is doing, and a network figures of roads intersection is constituted, according to the principle of a short circuit and in accordance with certain rules, the road and processing customer outlets are resolved, such as road speed weight settings, the merger of customers; Then with the logistics and distribution lines bound heuristic algorithm is used to optimal vehicle trips. The system has greater application values.4. In 3rd chapter , the particular analysis is done. The reality of the problems existed is resolved one by one, then the efficiency of bus operation is optimized. Given the different needs of the customer model, to avoid the vehicle, customer focus crowdedly, low utilization of vehicles and other phenomena to occur, the item can be shown the feasibility.Finally, a conclusion is made and the future research directions are proposed in this field.
