First, the development of the SWHPs is reviewed, the advantages and the disadvantages of SWHPs are related .According to analyzing the Chongqing regional climate condition, the water resources condition, the requested water source to the surface water heat pumps(SWHP), we think SWHP are used in theChongqing is feasible; After studying Yangtze River and Jialing River's related hydrology parameter, we discover Yangtze River and Jialing River'sriver water temperature year to year all undulates in 10~25℃, this kind of temperature water is quite energy-saving as the SWHPs system cooling water. However, as two river water's silt contents have mostly surpassed/1200000, the turbidity also is bigger than 20mg/L. Therefore, it requires the granulated substance system and the purification systemguarantees to make sure the water quality to meet the requirements.These analyzed data provide the foundation data material and the practical experience for may our country of the cold in winter and hot in summer areaTaking an SWHP project in Kaixian city, Chongqing province as an example, the performance of SWHP is investigated in this thesis and the reservoir watertemperature which uses for this engineering project has carried on thetransition season and the summer really tests, the test data will be simulated by FLUENT software.The reservoir water took this project surface water source heat pump the cold and heat source is feasible, this system also is the energy-saving.The article embarked from the surface water sourceheat pump water - carrige system, introduced the water - carrigesystem fundamental mode in the fourth chapter, analyzed three kinds common water-construction form and its the advantage and disadvantage, and embarked from the angle of project construction cost. The watersource heat pump system for the water pipeline loss of head, the bestwater distribution caliber optimization, many water pumps unionmovement optimization as well as pumps'rotational speed along withthe water level change relational type have been analyzed.Finally, in order to judge some construction's energy-saving characteristics which use SWHP, a simple air conditioning efficient-analyzing software is compiled by using the VISUAL BASIC language, the users can avoid choosing the air-conditioning system blindly. This software is used for comparing the investigation fees and the running fees of SWHPs system, ASHPs system and Cold water units +Hot water boiler system. It is concluded that SWHPs can save 26.64%of energy per year than ASHPs, 47.75% than Cold water units +Hot water boiler which indicated the SWHPs are superior to the other two systems.
