With the rapid development of expressway and high-speed railway in our country, bridge construction has come into the upsurge period which has never appeared before. In some special terrain, the high pier bridges become indispensable. Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges are widely used for their advantages, such as little deformation, good structural stiffness, comfortable driving, few expansion joints, and simple maintenance. So it has being developed rapidly.Firstly, this thesis presents development and current situation of continuous beam bridges with high-piers and long-spans at home and abroad, thesis objectives, research contents, and brief introduction of project situation of The HuaTuPo Bridge. Then, static analysis of the whole bridge is done, and for segment zero and No. 8 pier where the stress distribution is relatively sensitive, local analysis will be done. Furthermore, it elaborates basic principles and calculation process of dynamic analysis of bridge, and emphasizingly discusses the influence of Lateral Rigidity for bridge design. During the Seismic analysis of HuaTuPo Bridge, Spectral Analysis and time-history Analysis are adopted. The results showed that the aseismic of HuaToPo Bridge can meets the design requirements. In addition, this thesis gives the results of static and dynamic loading test, which proves that the bridge functional situation is good and there is enough safety storage.Lastly, it summarizes the achievements of theoretical method and actual application of this thesis, and discusses the problems of further research.
