Reinforced concrete bridges in the construction and use of the process, due to the impact of the materials, environmental , temperature stress, drying shrinkage, and curing conditions, leading to produce micro-cracks in concrete inevitably. Crack makes corrosion materials launched from surface easily penetrated internal structure, thus speeding up the destruction of the structure, affecting on the structure of the functionality and security. If not for these diseases in a timely manner to stop the problems , will affect the life of the structure, bringing about structural safety problems, and will eventually lead to the collapse of the structure, impact of safe transport, causing heavy economic losses. Corrosion is an important reason. Causes various diseases bridge. Painting the bridge because of their light weight, aesthetic, economic, convenient and simple construction with a good waterproof, corrosion resistance, weatherability. adhesion, and easy to wash and anti-permeability of the advantages of the large-scale use of recent years. Because coatings can prevent or mitigate erosion media from getting into the internal structure , it can effectively reduce the corrosion of the structure, thus to improve their durability.Under the paint industry development in recent years and requirements of the bridge coating, choice of seven different grades of paint in experimental, Painting respectively inspected the concrete specimens to resist Sulfate Corrosion, Freeze-thawing Cycles of vandalism and Alkaline-Aggregate Reaction effect, Contact coatings and performance analysis of the basic reasons.Through the analysis of experimental, results are obtained in different coating corrosion particular circumstances of the different effects, respectively in the above corrosion of the choice of coating the recommendations, accumulation the experience for further study, providing the basis for the selection of paint material in real project.
