In the course of the work of traditional high-pressure water jet cleaning machine, regardless of whether the nozzle gun open or not, the throttle position of the engine remains the largest, the speed of the engine remains high, and the pressure in the export of the pump also maintains high. That causes not only a waste of energy, but also greatly reduce the life of the pump, because the speed of the pump remains high, and the pressure can't be unloaded. Addressed this problem, a throttle control valve was designed in this paper, the throttle control valve cooperates with the overflow and unloading valve that had already been developed by the corporation. These two valves created the suitable throttle control system for high pressure water jet cleaning machine. The content of the paper is divided into the following sections:1. IntroductionIntroduced the concepts and features of high-pressure water jet technology, explained the working principle of electric and non-electric throttle control device. Investigated the development of high-pressure water jet cleaning machine, and explained the feasibility and necessity of designing the suitable throttle control system for high pressure water jet cleaning machine.2. Program design of throttle control system and analysis of energy-saving.In the bases of analysis the high pressure water jet cleaning machine that was provided by the corporation, found out the suitable throttle control system program. Analyzed the status and energy-saving effect of the engine when assembled with throttle control system.3. Structural design of throttle control systemAnalyzed the structure and working principle of overflow and unloading valve, introduced the structure and working principle of foreign throttle control valve and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages. Designed a new throttle control valve, matched with the overflow and unloading valve, and completed the design of throttle control system. 4. Steady hydraulic analysis of throttle control systemAnalyzed the steady hydraulic analysis of overflow and unloading valve, that provides a theoretical basis for designing the throttle control valve. And then analyzed the steady hydraulic analysis of throttle control valve, educed the conditions that the parameters of throttle control valve should meet.5. Simulation and test analysis of throttle Control SystemStudied the dynamic hydraulic property of throttle control system, when the high-pressure water jet cleaning machine was in cleaning state, unloading state and instantaneous opening or closing gun these three different states. Then Analyzed the stability of the system, and through simulation, analyzed the response to the rapid and smooth property of the system. Finally confirm the result of simulation with the test, and educed the energy-saving effect of the system.In conclusion, this paper explained the feasibility and necessity of designing the control system for high pressure water jet cleaning machine, and designed the suitable throttle control system for high pressure water jet cleaning machine. And through simulation, analyzed the response to the rapid and smooth property of the system. Finally confirm the result of simulation with the test, and shows the design of the throttle control system fully meet the engine speed control of high pressure water jet cleaning machine and the purposes of energy-saving.
