Turbine compressor is the large essential equipment widely used in metallurgy and petroleum chemical industry, the typical turbine compressor set consists of steam turbine, centrifugal compressor and other auxiliary equipments. To stabilize the work condition and ensure the producing safety, it is great necessary to provide process control system for this set separately. But now in the petroleum chemical industry, the different control unit mostly runs independently, and its controlled parameter appears single, besides this there is great interaction between the different adjusting processes but not effective integration of turbine control, compressor control and process control, which directly results in the situation of low control efficiency and high energy sources consumed.According to the problems described above, this paper takes a certain turbine compressor set's control system update project for its research background, develops a new integrated control system to combine the timing control of steam turbine, flux and pressure control of compressor, anti-surge control and the set's over-speed protection and emergency shutdown, so as to control the set high efficiently and harmoniously. The main work is as follows:Aiming at independent running of turbine speed control and compressor process control, which brings low efficiency, this paper develops process-speed control system to increase the system control efficiency by timing the turbine to change the compressor's flux and pressure; to reduce the energy waste, it develops compressor anti-surge control system with multi-strategies replacing the original const limit flow control; according to the phenomenon that when compressor's work point steps in and out of limit area there will be strong coupling effect between the compressor's process control and anti-surge control, then to settle this matter, it develops decoupling system to make the two controller rapidly decouple when the coupling effect turns up and realize the smooth transition and output of separate control effect; beside the systems above, it also develops the over-speed protection system, emergency shutdown system, lube oil system, pressurize oil system, axletree temperature and vibration system and some other auxiliary systems to make sure of the set's safety running.The paper has also reinforced the PV1000 monitoring and controlling system based on RSVIEW32 configuration software to consummate the set control and data conservation functions, now it can play more roles in the set's control and maintenance, such as set running parameter monitoring, integrated manage and control of field equipments, compressor's anti-surge running monitoring, management of parameter alarm, data storage, trend display and history report, etc. The new system with friendly human-machine interface and complete functions can be easily operated, and it has greatly improved the set's control efficiency and quality.
