Vector control has been successful in making the induction motor torque and flux decoupled,making them independently controlled as the same as the DC motor. It has been widely applied. However, the weaknesses of its poor adaptation of changed load, bad anti-jamming capability and the changed system parameters and the AC control system itself is a nonlinear, strong coupling, multi-variable parameters characteristics make it be used by certain restrictions.ADRC consists of three parts: tracking differentiator, ESO and NLSEF. It does not depend on the precise model, makes the interference within the model (model and parameters of the perturbation) and the unpredictability of foreign interference attribute to the total disturbance, uses the error feedback method for real-time estimation and compensation, and its robustness is strong. This paper introduces the basic principles of the ADRC, analyzes the algorithm and function of the various components. From the traditional flux, speed and torque current and flux current four PID control of the experience, builds a order of four ADRC controller for induction motor rotor magnetic field oriented vector control systems accordingly. And using the ESO of ADRC, on the basis of the asynchronous motor voltage model and the current model, derivates the new ESO flux model which contains disturbance compensation. This rotor flux observer, can not only estimate the real-time disturbance, but also compensate for the disturbance and improve the accuracy of observation.Using the latest MATLAB/SIMULINK7.1 to set up a traditional four PID control of the rotor field-oriented induction motor system model a base ndd on ESO Flux model four ADRC controller corresponding system model, the corresponding results of the simulation have been got. Analysing this results, it can be proved that: the active and static performance of ADRC is both better than traditional PID control in motor control system.
