| The composite structure of concrete is one of concrete structure patters, improve integer stiffness and anti-seismic performance relative to prefab assembly structure, and relative to cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, this structure can alleviate the quantity of support module, improve the efficiency of construction, economize the material of support module and have the distinct economic benefit. So the composite structure of concrete has been used extensively in various engineering in these years. The study of anti-seismic performance of the structure of building is very important all the way. Our country has many earthquake areas , the research on ant anti-seismic performance of building structure is a very important problem all the time. To the cast-in-place concrete structure, anti-seismic performance has at present comparatively systematic research. To composite structure,because the job practice creates difference of the structure integrity and the stress performance, specially the characteristic of anti-seismic performance arouse the widespread interest, therefore this is essential to perfect the anti-seismic design method and theory .In this paper, the anti-seismic performance of beam in beam-column joint of the composite frame is discussed under cyclic loading. Designed 4 composite test samples and 2 cast-in-place test samples according to two level of earthquake resistance ranks,Based on the test results of six the test samples,First the anti-seismic performance of beams of six the test samples is analyzed and contrasted under different factors(beams poured on the site and composite beam,whether the beam has the flange plate,longitudinal reinforcement ratio of lower part of the composite beam);Secondly, according to analysis of the test data and phenomena, as well as research on the mechanics performance of shear resistance in the combined interface and anchorage of steel bars, obtained the valuable conclusion, this provide design basis on the anti-seismic performance of beam in beam-column joint of the composite frame. the content is as follows:(1) The paper introduced the test sample design and the manufacture, and has carried on the detailed description and the preliminary analysis to the process of test and the experimental phenomenon, has given various test samples destruction picture.(2) The paper carried out 6 test samples under the cyclic load, the strain and displacement and load of each different stage of test is gathered, gave the supporting capacity and the displacement of various test samples, and has carried on the analysis to strain distribution of the test sample.(3) According to the basis tentative data, the Hysteretic and skeleton curves are obtained, and the ductility and energy dissipation ability and the rigidity of each test sample are analyzed comparatively.(4) According to experiment phenomenon and the data, the anti-cut mechanism and the destruction mechanism of combined interface are analyzed separately, and contrasted the test result with the formula computation result, put forward some proposals. Strain distribution of steel bar in stump is analyzed preliminarily, the conclusion which the anchor to destroy does not happen in the experiment is obtained, if the anchor is carried out according to the building code requirements.Test result is indicated: under identical condition, Supporting capacity of beam in joint of composite frame is well-balanced strenuously to compare with beam in joint of cast-in-place frame ,but integrity,the rigidity,the ductility and the supporting ability of beam in joint of cast-in-place frame are better than beam in joint of composite frame .Because beam in composite joint satisfied anti-seismic request , it can apply to earthquake area. |
