In this paper, the effect of ultrasonic on transfer of solution has been studied, result shows that ultrasonic is propitious to prepare the sample. The mass transfercoefficient and diffuse coefficient has been got by accounting. They are biggerthan no ultrasonic. So that indicate transfer speed increases. M-type barium ferritesubstituted by Ti4+, Mn2+ and Cu2+-BaFe8(Ti0.5MnCu)2O19, has been synthesizedby co-precipitation-melted salt method, and characterized by XRD, SEM andVSM. It has been studied the effect of preheat temperature, hydrotrope andsub-stitution of Ti4+, Mn2+ and Cu2+ on the sample of substituted M-type bariumferrite. And optimizing the technical condition., The optical properties is thesample of preheat temperature 500℃,preheating 1 hour, annealing 2 hours at900℃Hydrotrope: Premedicant is 0.75:1(mass ratio). It has better morphology, purity and magnetism. It has been applied in absorbing materials. Polystyrene islimited applied in absorbing material, no one study it, maybe because it has nodielectric loss or magnetic loss. The composite polystyrene/substituted M-type barium ferrite has beensynthesized by in situ technique, and has characterized by XRD, SEM,FI-IR, VSM and Vector Network Analysis Instrument, the shape of compositelooks like ellipse. Using Vector Network Analysis Instrument test the absorptionproperty of the composite, and compared to substitutied M-type barium ferrite,We analysis the electromagnetism parameter of the composite, compliering bycomputer, test absorption based on absorbing theory. The composite show goodmicrowave absorption in the range of 2~18GHz, the match thickness is 2mm(paraffin 40%-—mass percent). The best sample is 15%, the most value is -45dB,between the range of 2~13GHz, the value beyond -20dB.
