With the development of automotive electronics and intelligent control technology, intelligent vehicle has become the research hotspots in the field of automatic control, This article takes the path tracking technology of intelligent vehicle as its research object and discusses each link of the technology with ARM7 as the microprocessor.The article focuses on the acquisition, processing and recognition of the target path information. For the sake of accurate path tracking by the intelligent vehicle, some control algorithms are applied to control the intelligent vehicle according to the target path information. The acquisition of the target path information is achieved based on visual image and its main task is the analog to digital conversion of the video output signal of CCD camera and the original digital image of the target path can be generated. With some effective digital image processing algorithms applied to the original image, the target path information can be recognized, and the main path information can also be extracted after some analysis.According to the motion rules of the intelligent vehicle, fuzzy control algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm can be applied to control the steering and speed of the intelligent vehicle separately. Fuzzy control rules can be generated according to the requirement of the path tracking, which is followed by the generation of the fuzzy control table, then the steering and motion speed of the intelligent vehicle can be regulated after querying the fuzzy control table according to the path information which is already inquired. |
