What the thesis studies is about a high precision experiment system. Based on the characteristic of inverse ratio between the volume of contained liquid and pressure, the system has realized the control of pressure with high precision. According to the design guideline, the design of mechanical system, control system and hydraulic system has been finished. The mode of concentrated control based on industrial personal computer is adopted .And the makeup, operation principle and basic specialty of the control system have been discussed in detail. the selection and design of the system's parts such as controller , control card , pressure sensor and signal converting card have been done. By analyzing and comparing the characteristics and difference between Windows and VxWorks, Windows is chosen as the OS of the control system.Mathematical model and transfer function have been established to create simulating bode figure in Matlab 6.5. Then the correctness and feasibility of the system is proved in theory. And the control performance of the system in theory has been analyzed more. In AMESim physical model is established to analyze the influence of sample frequency, containment of air and pipeline property to the system. Finally according to the estimated parameter, the control performance of system is simulated. At the same time, the role of the PID is introduced and the control arithmetic is selected. Both hardware anti-jamming and software anti-jamming are applied to the control system. Because the demand of precision is very high, the theoretic analysis and practical exam are done to the system. The debugging result shows as follows: The static precision is 0.05MPa; The frequency band width is up to 0.1 Hz; The pressure is up to 11MPa.
