Cyclotrons are widely used in fundamental researches in national defense, isotopes production, medical diagnosis and therapy. The research theme of this dissertation is about the axial injection design of 100MeV intense beam H- Cyclotron. The research includes parts: the design of the beeline of the axial injection design of 100MeV intense Cyclotron, the discussion of the influence of the space charge and the design of the deflexion.The design of the beeline of the axial injection design of 100MeV intense Cyclotron is mostly about the optics matching, the whole design of the beeline and the design of the element. To observe the movement of the beam, we simulate the transfers of the beam in computer by TRANSPORT emulator, and optimized the design of beeline to reduce the losing of particle.The research of the space charge is focused on the influence of the space charge to the transfers of the beam, mostly including the theory research and the simulation by TRANSPORT emulator. To reduce the particle losing brought by the influence of the space charge, we have optimized the design of beam line. The result of the simulation indicates that the amendatory design of the beam line does positive effect to the reduce of the particle losing.The design of the deflexion is mostly about the numerical arithmetic build. And we have to optimize the voltage of the deflexion to adjust the position of the injection point.
