| Air conditioner is widely spread with a very quick speed, so the energy consumption problem and the environment problem of it are big problems need to be resolved quickly out. Currently the developing direction of air conditioner is efficient performance and lower noise; so higher requests are brought forward to its study and design. This paper studies the 3D inner flow of the indoor split-type of air conditioner using CFD technology.First, structure and general solving process of commercial CFD technology are introduced. With FLUENT software, further analytical research on basic equation, turbulence model, scattered means, scattered format and solving method of the scattered equation of numerical simulation of inner flow of fluid machinery is made, and basic method and strategy of the numerical simulation of two phase flow are made out.Secondly, the whole machinery composed with cross-flow fan and heat exchanger is designed wholly, and 3D numerical model of the indoor machinery is built up. Taking two kinds of fluid- dry air and vapor as the fluid materials, 3D numerical simulation is made on designed boundary conditions using CFD technology, and the external performances and inner flow characteristic of stable flow are analyzed. Flow-pressure and other curve of the indoor machinery, spatial distribution of the vapor volume fraction of and the axial mixture velocity are gained, and results indicate they are matching with the experiment data better.Then, analyzes the parameters on working point of summer operating condition, and confirms the available boundary conditions, adopts the density interfering method to deal with the condensation parameter of vapor approximately by UDF of FLUENT, so uncompressible stable numerical simulation is carried on. Variety trends of the outside characteristic parameter of indoor machine under real operating condition, distributing regulation of the vapor volume fraction, the mixture temperature and other inner flow characteristic parameters are gained and discussed. Further analysis is made on the performance change caused by clearance of the volute tongue.Finally, summarizes and evaluates the technology of numerical simulation on indoor machinery, and puts forward some outlook. |
