With the development of the modern industrial construction,more and more transportation of over-size,over-weight industrial equipments are transported on highways,and they are more frequently used than past.These large equipments need through road transport to reach their destinations, and these loads are far exceeding the standard load. In the same time,the current code on road and bridge have not mentioned how to design the structures on the over-load conditions.On the bridge design side, according to characteristics of the over-load,Using the partially prestressed concrete Crack Closure Properties design the bridge under over-load,it can achieve the safety and economic requirements of the bridge design;In order to use and promote the crack Closure Properties in the large load design of the bridge.Basis on an calculating example,summarized the design principles and procedures of this kind of bridge to guide future projects of similar design.
