Due to the low anti-crack performance and poor durability and spanning ability of the reinforced concrete (RC) structures, a new composite reinforced concrete (CRC) structure based on the principles of fracture mechanics is proposed. On the basis of the designed thoughts, this paper analyzed the performance of the ultimate flexural strength,the stiffness,the ductility and the cracking state of the new CRC structure and research on their growing disciplinarian through experiments.In order to know the behaviors of the new composite reinforced concrete (CRC) structure , experimental researches on the flexural behaviors of the new CRC structure have been designed and completed. Based on the experimental results analyzed the behaviors of the new CRC structure, the ultimate flexural strength, the stiffness, the ductility, the cracking state and the failure modes. Experimental results show that the new CRC structure can delay the emergence of cracks and hold back the propagation of cracks effectively, has a higher cracking-point load, a much higher ultimate carrying capacity because the growing cracks are hold back, and a higher excellent ductility. With the analyzed results, calculating methods for the flexural strength and the ductility of the new CRC structure are suggested. The calculating results agree with the experimental results well. So, the calculating methods may be applied in project.
