With the transformation from the traditional storage and transportation system to modern military logistics, the paper proposes to build the operating system of military logistics center through rebuilding or integrating some warehouses. For the scientific decision-making, the paper describes the real system using a simulation model and observes the implementation results through dynamic simulation, and then demonstrates the rebuilding plan.First of all, this paper elaborates the domestic and international researches of the logistics system, and the theory of Discrete event system simulation. After choosing AutoMod the simulation tool, the paper introduces the characteristics and modeling steps of the software in detail. Based on the operating and management mode of modern logistics centre, the paper advances the constitution of military logistics center, analyzes the operating flow and points out that stocking and shipment are the primary operating systems of military logistics center. After that, we choose a military logistics center, which belongs to the combined service force of Beijing, and establishes the AutoMod simulation model based on operating flow of the logistics center to describe the real system. After the simulation model is validated and the experiment is established, a detailed analysis is done according to the output report. Then the "bottle-neck" phenomenon is discovered. Through adjusting the parameters and operating flow of the model, we eliminate this "bottle-neck" phenomenon, provide a reference for the improvement of the operating system.The paper focuses on advancing a new quantitative analysis method for military logistics center. It is valuable for transforming traditional warehouse to modern military logistics center. |
