With the development of automobile electronic technology, more and more electronic control device are used in automobile. Although increasing electric control system improved power performance, efficiency and comfortableness of automobile, the number of sensors used of collecting operation control information increase quickly. So,the results include increasingly complex circuits, rapidly rising costs, declining reliability and difficult maintenance. Various ECUs run independently and collect operation control information respectively, which are often collected repeatedly, no good sharing and integration. So the information integration of operating condition status became very important. But the existing detection methods of operating condition status, especially load detection, don't meet the requirements in measurement accuracy, steady state response and dynamic response at same times.In the paper, from the background and significance of operation control information collection system based on multimode, it's analysed theoretically that automobile operation control information collection based on multimode is one of the most effective measures to solve the problems. Combinning with load information detection method based on multimode, the structure of CAN bus vehicle network, multimode information collection, fuzzy operation condition status judgment and fuzzy mode switch etc., are expounded. The design of operation control information collection embedded system based on CAN bus vehicle network is completed. The main content includes that the choice of the main controller and the CAN communication controller, transplantation and development ofμC/OS-Ⅱon ARM7 chip LPC2119 and information collection unit, etc. In the system, the operation control information collection ECU gathers operation condition status information needed for other ECUs by multimode technology. The information processed is sent to other ECUs by the bus. The other ECUs can share the information resource. It can ensure the optimum matching between the ECUs with different control function to make the whole control performance optimization.The system's feasibility and reliability are validated by CAN bus communication tests and road tests. The tests results indicate that, on CAN bus vehicle network platform, the system of automobile operation control information collection based on multimode can primely track and reflect the change of operation condition. The system has accurate transmission of information, high real-time, obvious effect of saving oil, and effect on saving oil, and can improve vehicle acceleration and deceleration performance. |
