| The description of goods will be further expanded, and the transport demands will be further increased, due to adjusting the structure of railway goods transport. At the same time, the existing requirement of the weight of single luggage or parcel can not meet the market demand for the increasing of the weight of single luggage or parcel, which reduces the competitive of the consigning of luggage and parcel in the marketplace. In order to solve these problems, it is particularly important to study on the concentrated loading capacity of baggage car and to make a set of the reasonable technical conditions for avoiding concentrated loading on baggage car.The content of this dissertation is a part of a project of the Ministry of Railways. The objects to be studied are the baggage car of the special train for luggage and parcel and the baggage car linked to passenger train. The main body of this dissertation is calculating concentrated loading capacity using finite element model and designing the program of static strength test of baggage car and to prepare for static strength test of. baggage car by analyzing calculating results.First, this dissertation explains the reason to study the concentrated loading capacity of baggage car. Through summarizing several types of baggage car in China and analyzing their structure and chassis, this dissertation summarizes that the objects to be studied are the baggage car of the special train for luggage and parcel and the baggage car linked to passenger train, and calculates concentrated loading capacity of baggage car using finite element model. And then, this dissertation analyzes the concentrated loading capacity of XL25T-baggage car and XL25G-baggage car. Finally, this dissertation designs the static strength testing programs of XL25T-baggage car and XL25G-baggage car. |
