In the current growing number of large-span, the tall, thin-walled concrete structure, and so on, the temperature of the structure will often have a greater stress, which will cause the temperature structure of cracking, thus affecting the structure of normal use, or even lead to structural damage. In reality many bridges have been confirmed incidents of ill-considered and the temperature on the current national design specifications on the caloric load of concrete box girder provisions is not consistent. So the bridge structure of the temperature field of study is very necessary. In this paper, a concrete box girder from solar radiation caused by temperature has been studied. The paper first used the 24m concrete box girder in shahe bridge to fit along the vertical temperature curve, then studied the thermodynamic parameter which impact the temperature distribution of box girder. The paper simulated the temperature field with software ANSYS and vertified the accuracy of results, the paper studied the temperature distribution in different thermodynamic parameter and finally studied the impact of different pavement and different thickness. The paper prove that the specification of railway has not contain the consideration of vertical temperature difference caused by solar radiation on base slab, which is not reasonable; In the case of lacking radiation,we could get the results by the relative parameter; In the case of lacking testing data,we could get the approximate value by heat equation. The pavement which often be used can confine the temperature difference in a great degree, but it can not make a great influnce on the lateral and vertical temperature difference of the box-girder.
