With the rapid development of renewable energy technologies, thegenerating technologies of wind energy and photovoltaic are widely used because oftheir economy and reliability. Although wind energy and solar energy vary with theenvironment, there are some nature complementary characteristic in times and seasons.Hybrid generating system can be effective offset the flaw of wind or solar resource.It is one of the major difficulties of applications of wind-solar hybrid power system thathow to design a energy management system of the hybrid power system, which is ableto control effectively those power equipment, so as to meet the load's need and keep thebalance between power supply and demand.The dissertation specifies hardware and software design of the supervision and controlsystem in detail.A supervision and control system for wind-solar-battery hybrid system based on MCGSconfiguration software is designed, and a coordinate control strategy according to thekey data acquisition and judgement of supervisory control system is devised. Under thecoordination control strategy of supervisory control system, total input and output ofhybrid power system are kept balance.The unload and full load of simulated circuit of hybrid power system are analyzed byMatlab/Simulink, and come to a conclusion.Take wind-solar hybrid power system as example, a charging/discharging controller isdesigned, which including principle, select elements, plot circuit with Protel, in chargeof the compile and debug of program, and finish the functions of controller.Finally, the function of charging/discharging controller and the reliability of hybridpower system are checked by experiments, the feasibility and validity of the supervisionand control system are proved.
