In the thermal automatic control system universally and inevitably have the non-linear link , these non-linear factor is affect the control result more or less, it is subvert the conclusion which obtains by the linear control theoretical analysis. This article is from the commonly used nonlinear analysis method and its improved method, study the execution machine which include the dead zone-relay link, analyze reason which caused the oscillation factor of execution machine, and has given the oscillation condition, use the fuzzy controller to compensate to it. In the end, take the cascade control system which include the dead zone-relay link as the example, and analyze the influence which made by the non-linear link in the thermal automatic control system.
