The Research On Power Network's Grounding Fashions In Wuhai

The deficiencies about ungrounded supply system and earth neutral system with extinction coil, which existing in Wuhai power network, are summarized via researching grounding fashions of this network in this paper. With the foundation of muti-analysis about the extinction coil running in Wuhai power system and the researches about the role of extinction coil and primary factors of effecting extinguishing arc, the viewpoint about adjusting extinction coil via automatic following compensation and continuous stepless is brought. The grounding fashion which via extinction coil with magnetic valve type is confirmed based the researches of operating principles and characteristic of extinction coil with magnetic valve type. It was put to test and run at Wuhai power network, the result is indicated that the extinction coil with magnetic valve type can overcome the shortage brought by the extinction coil in existence and it can implement the foundations of automatically measuring line reactance and recouping via grounding.
