| Real-time monitoring of HVCB (high voltage circuit breaker) has determinative important for improving the reliability of power supply. The thesis aims at searching an effective method monitoring condition of HVCB by electricity characteristic. A method was presented according to the bushing has the different electrical field distributions in different work condition, namely Capacitance Partial Voltage Technique. The effectiveness of the method was demonstrated by experiments. Another method was put forward according to the switching arc current patterns of the time domain burst, namely Monitoring Technique. The experimental circuit was designed, and the results showed that this method could visually judge condition of HVCB and, further estimate work capability of HVCB as well. Using the signal singularity detection theory based on wavelet transform, the accurate localization of the switching arc can be realized, arcing time and prestriking time can also be obtained. |
