Research On Transmission Of Power System Information Based On SOAP

1At present, the information transmission of power system mostly proceeds between substation and dispatching. With the electric network management becoming commercial gradually, the demand of power system information gets more and more attention for operators and users running on different platforms, which leads to the enormous quantity of object type for client. Based on SCL (Substation Configuration Language) and XML (Extensible Markup Language), this paper described power system information by XML and researched the communication mechanism of SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), and then information transmission model based on SOAP was established. Besides, Java language was used to realize and validate the model. The information transmission referred in this paper, only requires installing ordinary browser for client and can smoothly pass the firewall restrictions, so as to achieve the information transmission among heterogeneous systems. The experiment proves that it has some value in promoting the process of power system informatization.
