Long-span continuous rigid frame bridge which has big span capacity, reasonable force, good structural and beautiful shape, is most widely used in bridge engineering. Its main beam usually uses box-section.Long-span continuous rigid frame bridge usually has cracks during construction or operational course, especially those in the web and roof of near number zero block. The appearance of cracks exerts negative impact on the safety, endurance and normal using of the structure. Therefore, analysis of the cause has great significance.With the Dagangshan Hydropower Station's Traffic Bridge as the engineering background, in this paper, the bridge adopts single box and single room structure for the upper structure, complex structure type, miscellaneous prestress wire and large amount of prestress wire. For accuracy, this paper establishes 3D model of solid entity by ANSYS; adopts the method of entity and reinforcing bar; makes use of the ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) in this paper. This paper establishs whole model and partial model of the bridge. Comparing with Midas's results and measured stress data, this paper analyzes the sensitive factor which causes the cracks of web and number zero block's roof. Put forward advices to improve stress of web and roof.This paper provides reference for the following construction of similar bridge; provides theoretical basis for solving problems in construction at the same time.
