Under the background of a deep excavation of shanghai, this paper is engaged in the construction philosophy of the borehole cast-in-place piles in the soft ground. An optimized construction method is presented, including field management and control. The factor which make the field displacement are also analysed by the Mindlin solution and projector method in the process of pile's construction, considering the field data. And the opproximate displacement of the field is estimated. The result shows that the process of the insertion of jacket and casting of concrete are two most important factors which lead to more displacement. The paper investigate the law of the bearing force and deformation between the borehole cast-in-place and other beleaguer structure, referring the field data, and find out practical method for design, which is suitable for shanghai field profile.
