Study On Construction Techniques Of Precast, Shifting, Transport And Erecting For Heavy Prefabricated Box Girder In Railway Passenger-dedicated Line

The heavy prefabricated box girders are primarily being used in the constructions of the railway passenger-dedicated line with the continuing commencement of the high speed passenger transport special railway project in china. The railway passenger-dedicated line widely adopt heavy double lines integrally prefabricated box girders. At present, "integrally prefabricate and install span by span" is the main technology of box girder construction in the railway passenger-dedicated line, but it is very difficult during manufacturing, transporting and installing since the extra weight and volume. The technique for manufacturing, transporting and installing is a rather new issue.On the basis of the successful working experiences of the girder's prefabricating, transporting and installing which has been widely used in Wuguang, Shitai, Zhengxi and Hewu passenger transport special railways by China Railway 12th Bureau Co., Ltd. After analyzing and comparing, the paper provides a series optimized schemes for the railway large tonnage box girders' prefabricating, transporting and installing.The main contents:1. The layout and design of the prefabricating girders plant in site.The paper provides some schemes which can be used for building girder plant in different conditions in site of the passenger transport special railways.2. Key elements arrangement for girder's prefabrication and installation. According to the key equipment and materials for box girder prefabrication ofconcrete transporting equipment, bed of manufacturing girder, bed of girder storage and whole outer form, hydraulic auto-zoom inner form, 900t (or 450t) gantry crane and so on, it provides technically possible arrangement.3. The research for key technique of box girder prefabrication: pre-bounding technique of the reinforcement bars, casting technique and steam cure control technique of the girder's body, prestress construction technique, transporting technique in plant of box girder plant, all the above mentioned techniques supply the technique ensures to improve the prefabrication quality and speed of box girders.4. Today there are 3 choices for girder equipment' transportation and installation, and construction technique of transporting and installing of 900t box girder in domestic and overseas market.
