The Technology Study Of The DX Pile Applied Firstly In Changshu

This paper introduced the technological characteristics of the DX pile(DX is the name of inventor's abbreviation) and the multi-component-extrusion pile's situation at home and abroad.According to the practical engineering, the paper concludes the designing, constructing and detecting conditions of the DX pile applied firstly in Changshu, Jiangsu and researches into the problems happening in the application of the DX pile.First, in the aspect of design, the paper introduces the practical process of designing the detected piles and its methods of calculation, compares the DX pile with other piles in the technology and the cost, discusses the settlement calculation, destructive mode, expanding effect and group effect of piles of DX pile, concludes the practical experiences and puts forward the correction in the comparison with the technical regulation of expanding driven cast-in-place piles in Jiangsu province.Second, in the aspect of construction, the paper discusses the problems happening in the construction of the test piles and solutions, concludes the supervision notes of the DX pile construction in similar conditions.Third, in the aspect of detection, the paper comprehensively discusses the technological means of testing the DX pile, analyzes the static load test of the test piles and evaluates the quality system of the DX pile.Finally, the paper concludes the practical experience of applying the DX pile in Changsu, Jiangsu, and puts forward the correction to the technical regulation of expanding driven cast-in-place piles in Jiangsu province.
