So China has put forward the basic strategy of promoting the industrialization in the information era. In this process of promoting the industrialization, manufacturing enterprises must strive to master their own operating performance, and tireless efforts to innovate their products and optimize the manufacturing process to the faster pace and more Low prices, to provide better products and high-quality services to meet diverse customer needs and personalized,in order to survival and compete in the hard environment of commercial competition. Only do we optimize the manufacturing process or manufacture system holistically,we can achieved the target of being invincible in the market competition.The performance of manufacture system is the target of optimizing manufacture system.The prime target of performance analysis,evaluation and management is to improve the performance of manufacture system.The performance analysis,and comprehensive evaluation have been the two basic subjects of advanced manufacture technology(AMT). The enterprise and academia have attached much significance to this study.Therefore, scientific and effective evaluation of the performance of manufacturing systems,for promoting the management and development of enterprises, has very distinct effect and significance. And reliability is happen to be one of the most important characteristics of many performances,so the reliability evaluation of manufacturing system acts a decisive role in the the actual production.The first chapter of this paper introduces the current situation and development trend of the current performance of manufacturing systems study, describes the purpose of the study is guiding the management and maintenance to manufacturing system of enterprises,by evaluating the reliability of manufacturing systems.The second chapter of this paper puts two shell production line of two domestic transmission gearbox factory, as two manufacturing system to study, according to the actual needs of reliability studies, collects failure datas of gear-box shell production line. As an example,it analyzes the failure information of one shell production line of Gear-box factory A.According to the dot graph of the test data,the distribution pattern of the mean time between failure is initially sized up. Compared with all kinds of general distribution pattern, it is relatively distributed to theWeibull distribution curve. Then makes linear return analysis by least two multiplication method. Obtains linear return equation. Again makes linear relevant examination by relevant coefficient method. The linear relevance is remarkable. Uses the d inspection method to carry on the Weibull distribution fitting supposition examination. Obtains time between failures of this shell production line to obey the Weibull distribution, and determinates probability density function and distribution function of time between failures.On the basis of the second chapter, the third chapter inspecting many commonly used reliability evaluation index comprehensivly. In view of the characteristics of gearbox shell production lines and the actual data collection, it uses AHP to determine the core index of reliability evaluation and the proportion for the comprehensive evaluation. And along the parallel enterprises direction to study the two gearbox shell production lines , observe their reliability differences of manufacturing systems in different environments, different output and different maintenance system.By analysising and studying seriously, it put forword the improved method for that enterprises which has relatively poor reliability.The chapter four of this paper, using the grey multi-level comprehensive evaluation model, for the gearbox factory A, calculate the reliability of comprehensive evaluation of the manufacturing system,which along the timeline direction from 2004 to 2007and take a quarter as a unit.It observes and analysis the trend over time of the reliability, and put forward the maintenance management system,which is more reasonable and effective. At the same time, observing and studying its high rate failure to sum up the reasons and find feasible maintenance methods to reduce the failure rate of operation.At the end of the paper, aiming at the reliability evaluation and other performance evaluation of the manufacture system, a wider range of ideas and expectations.are proposed.To sum up, this paper taked two gear-box production lines as study objects, evaluated the reliability of the manufacture system,based on their fault situation.It focused on the analysis the reliability of a manufacturing system which changed with the time goes, and the differences of reliabilities between two similar manufacturing systems.In order to find out an entry points which can improve the reliability of the system,then offered feasible methods to help the enterprises getting better management and maintaining system.But by the restrictions of the time to study and the author's ability, the article did not carry out a broader, deeper range of mechanical equipment and system performance evaluation studies. A deeper and comprehensive study on more extensive coverage in the manufacturing system, and outreach to other performance is expected. |
