The thesis presents controlled driving system of AC induction motors. In the system, based on the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) , IGBT are used as a power device in the main circuit of AC-DC-AC voltage-type inverter. The system uses 87C196KC SCM + TMS320F240 DSP as double CPU. The DSP can finish vector control task with high real time requirement, and a 16-bit SCM can finish manage task with low real-time requirement .The hardware and software in this system are developed. A DSP based digital motor control system using V/F control and Space Vector PWM technique are developed. Better space vector graphs of voltage are obtained. The system has automatic startup and stop function by software. The DSP based motor control system has lower current harmonic, more efficient use of supply voltage than SPWM with less switch loss. The system has the advantages of simple control, fewer peripheral, high performance and low price, which can meet the demands of AC drive inverter. |
