With the acceleration of fierce competition in Chinese automobile industry and improvement of manufacturing efficiency by applying the automatic equipment, controling the manufacturing quality of car body-in -white with a quick and accurate method becomes the actual requirement of quality management in advanced automobile manufacturing enterprise.Based on the hot and hard problems in actual manufacturing process,this paper does its research on three aspects,the first is the optimization of coordinate measuring points'placement,the second is the analyzing and forecast of measuring data's quailty condition,the last is the software application developing of this measuring data analyzing system.This paper firstly summarizes the main measuring methods,the classify principles of measuring points,the deviation source of measuring data, the evaluation methods of measuring data,the presently placement methods of measuring points and its disadvantages.In the third chapter of this paper,the particle swarm optimization is applied in the problem of measuring points'placement.The example proves that this method can facilitate the deviation source detection and the determination of quality problems. In the fourth chapter of this paper,the grey model theory is applied in the problem of analyzing and forecast of measuring data's quailty condition.It provides a new thought to cope with this kind of problems. In the fifth chapter of this paper,the development of measuring data analyzing system is summarized,containing all of its functional parts.This system becomes the necessary tool of quality control engineers.
