Recent years, demand of the sunroof has quickly increased in autocar. There are two reasons for this phenomenon. Firstly, antocar industry has rapid development in our country; secondly, comfortable driving becomes more and more attention by people. However, all of autocar parts have strict standard about safety and reliability, so only pass the testing they can use in auto. Of course, sunroof drives also need to pass this procedure, which is the core part of sunroof. According to this background, we study specifically on the test system for the sunroof drives, supported by webasto sunroof warming system limited company (shanghai).Firstly, it's analyzed according to the testing procedure of sunroof drives that the system framework of the test system and design the system blue print. The system framework includes two parts, one is mechanical structure designing, the other is the hardware devices composing. Mechanical structure is composed of simulation load module, drive assembly module, drive interface module and pneumatic control module. And the hardware devices are composed of multifunctional data acquisition card, sensor of current or voltage, programmable direct current power, magnetic brake, pull and push force sensor, etc. And then, emphasize the work principle and electric feature of magnetic brake, deduct relation of current and magnetic force; emphasize the work principle of pull and push force sensor, build up its mathematic module.Secondly, in order to realizing the function of the test system for sunroof drives, the system software is designed. There are two parts in this system software, one is the data management subsystem, and the other is the data acquisition subsystem. The data management subsystem is used to storage or to manage all data. Database sheets relations build up depending on function of this subsystem dividing, and the data management software realize based on sheets relation. The data acquisition subsystem is mainly composed of read database module, K line communication module, and data acquisition module. Using LabVIEW of NI realizes this subsystem and its interface is very visual and intuitionistic.Lastly, study on the control module of simulation load subsystem and emulate its result. In this paper, the digital PID controller is used to improve its effect, and at last proof it from emulation and experiment.In this thesis, the test system for sunroof drives is accomplished successfully, communication between sunroof drive and industrial computer is solved by K line communication technology, and simulation load subsystem realizes with closed loop feedback. Especially, using pull and push force sensor as torque feedback is a creative idea, which become the whole system not only small and exquisite but also high precision.
