In this paper, the vibration system, piezoelectric transducers and driving system for novel dynamic balancing machine are researched in depth. On the basis of analyzing novel vibration system, establishing kinetic model and deriving nature frequencies and equivalent stiffness, Static and modal analyses of vibration system are performed by ANSYS finite element method to prove the reliability of the theoretical model. The influence of geometrical parameters of flexure hinges and structure parameters of vibration system on nature frequencies, sensitivity and stress distribution are researched in depth by FEM. The structure and installation location and signal conditioning circuits of piezoelectric transducers are designed. Moreover, to realize fast starting-up and stable operation of principal axis system, the starting-up capacitor and operation one for single phase motor is calculated in this paper. At the same time, the controlling and monitoring circuit for motor is designed based on microprocessor XC167. The measuring and controlling programmer is realized by KeilC167. Finally, some experiments are made to prove the effectiveness of the presented dynamic balancing machine.
