| The study is based on engineering requirement. The development on water-spay infrared suppression is described. During the modeling of droplet evaporation in the high temperature exhaust gas, Eula-Lagrange method has been selected. The control formulation of continuous and separated phase has been set up. Then, the numeric calculation is carried out.On the paper, three conditions has been choose to simulate water droplet evaporation in high temperature exhaust gas: single droplet, multiple droplets which is equally distributed on the inlet section, and multiple droplets which is distributed as the actual situation. The major factors which influent the water droplet evaporation has been analysis in detail. The factors include droplet diameter, droplet temperature, gas speed, gas temperature, the mass ratio between water and gas. The calculation should do very well to the further test study. |
