In the campus of the different scale, different ages background and under different plan conception. The building groups have different space dimensions, cluster forms and different space experiences. The emergence of the building cluster with continuous interface is increasing, then the space appearance of this kind of similar city street brings people the sense of vision consecution and space experience. It also increased the exchanges place of the campus. This thesis puts forward the concept of the campus street type space to study this space appearance, based on real project and use the urban design and In-between space theories to analyse its appearance, structure, characteristic, also induce the design principle and design skill. In order to hold the campus street type space' form, evolvement and development as well as try to catch the design principle and investigate its space structure.Chapter 1, explaining the reason I choose this subject as my capital: put forward the topic's concept and analyze the research background of the topic and elaborate the research contents, object and method, then I introduce the related theories foundation-the urban design and In-between space theories. Chapter 2, researching the campus street type space' foundation theories, firstly, carrying on cognition of the city street space. then explain the campus street type space' concept, and read its content. Distinguish the relationship between it and the campus transportation space and campus morphology. Investigate its producing background subsequently, and induce its space mode and appearance mode. summarize the space characteristic at last. Chapter 3, the campus street type space' basic composing is analysised and putting forward the characteristic and the whole attribute of the space. Then summarize the campus street type space' basic combination of the space principle and basic design principle. Chapter 4,discussing the campus street type space' main design skill, mix composition, the space combine, the sense of vision order, the feat dimensions, the transportation, the economy energy etc. carrying on examples analysis, and inquirying into various campus street type space design strategy.
