| This paper based on summing up the knowledge of our country and abroad, indicated the structure and the characteristic of capability about synchronous belt drives. Analyzed the polygon effect of synchronous belt drives, indicated the factor of synchronous belt drives static capability analysis, designed and made the numerical control high precision synchronous belt measuring machine, indicated the method of measuring belt pitch, tooth height, tooth angle, the result help the hob design of the mould. Analyzed the orientation and portrait liberation of synchronous belt drives, indicated the method of evaluating dynamic capability of synchronous belt drives. Analyzed the factors which effecting the life of synchronous belt drives, it made a direction to manufacture and capability evaluating. |
