Engineering experience of China and foreign countries indicates:Water penetrating into the inner of pavement structure is inevitable,therefore,setting internal discharging system of pavement is necessary.At present, China and foreign countries apply Asphalt Treated Permeable Base extensively.This structure not only has good discharging characteristic,but also can absorb the stress concentration of cracking tip of semi-rigid,has the effect of rejecting reflective cracking.This paper firstly uses linear elastic fracture mechanics,analysis the Asphalt Treated Permeable Base under traffic by ANSYS Finite Element Program,and obtains the Stress Intensity Factor of Asphalt Treated Permeable Base.Then,according to the Stress Intensity Factor by Finite Element Program, we predict the fatigue life of Asphalt Treated Permeable Base.Compared the semi-rigid asphalt pavement with the asphalt pavement with Asphalt Treated Permeable Base, we analysis the function of Asphalt Treated Permeable Base rejecting reflective cracking.In order to test the effect of Asphalt Treated Permeable Base rejecting the reflective cracking,this paper designs the Asphalt Treated Permeable Base of trial pavement.According to the characteristic requirement of Asphalt Treated Permeable Base,we put up the aim mating ratio of Asphalt Treated Permeable Base of trial pavement.The study indicates:Asphalt Treated Permeable Base can reduce the stress concentration of cracking tip,has the effect of delaying and rejecting the cracking of semi-rigid base extending to asphalt surface,increasing the life of pavement structure with Asphalt Treated Permeable Base.
