The Control Of The Ground Building's Security Risk Caused By Underpassing The Urban Tunnel

With the rise of urban tunnel construction, the corresponding environmental problem has caused more and more concerns. The ground settlement induced by construction of tunnel can lead to various damage of building appearance and function, the economic losses causing therefore are very considerable every year. For research the influence about the construction of tunnel and the building, assessment the building security risk caused by the construction of tunnel and putting forward the corresponding control measure, this text collected exhaustive materials about the land subsidence caused by the tunnel construct and the building security risk, carried on numerical simulation and theoretical analyze, obtained some useful laws for offering the guidance in similar project.Based on the analysis of the present state in and out of the country, regarding the first stage of the project of Xiamen Jichang Road as project background, taking the safety of construction and building as premise, this paper focuses mainly on the influence of tunnel construction on the surrounding environment, research the ground settlement induced by construction of tunnel and the influence of building, generalize analytical method and procedure of the building security risk, discuss the control measure of the risk in the stage of constructionFirstly, study and summarize the influencing each other of building on the ground and construction of the tunnel.Secondly, sort out and standardized the whole procedure of safe risk management of the building, assess the safe risk of the nearby building in the coverage of project, calculate the control standards by means of numerical simulation method, provide evidence for additional deformation caused by metro construction and the measurement of construction technique projectsThirdly, through to measures such as course optimizing of the tunnel construct, adoption of the auxiliary worker method, reinforcement of building, study the control measure of the safe risk in the construction course of the tunnel.
