Slab Non-ballast Track Construction Technology

With the rapid development of modern high-speed railway and city mass transit, slab non-ballast track was developed rapidly. The elasticity adjustable layer of slab track is a CA mortar mixture, of which fuction is to provide the reasonable elasticity of track and is the key part of track structure. In this thesis, the construction technology of slab non-ballast track is systemically researched and investigated in combining with the real engineering on Shuanghe bridge. by analyzing the concert ratio and confecting technix's of CA moratar mixture .This thesis gives the introduction of the construction technique of a Slab Non-ballast Track, which has been used in the Shuanghe Bridge of Qin-shen Passenger Railway, and sheds light on a series of key construction techniques, mainly including: fabrication of the trackslab, research and production of CA sand mortar, construction of concrete bearing and convex retaining wall, paving of track slab, pouring of CA mortar mixture, construction of the filled cushion slab etc. All these will have the significant reference and application value for its employment to the construction of the city overhead to rack and the express railway.
