With the rapid increasing of the traffic capacity and the advance of the velocity, it is required that there is faster and more comfortable traffic condition for people going out, which can be met by the prestressed concrete series box girder bridge with such virtues as few surface joints, smaller height of the girder, better unitary, more beautiful figure, easier to maintenance and larger spans capability and so on, which is a bridge system popular in road and railway.It is started to build the series box girder bridge at 1970's in our country, and up to now, there are many series box girder bridges built. There are many kinds of the methods constructing the series box girder bridges, which can be selected based on the integrated consideration of the safety, the quality, the cost and the time limit and so on, the methods usually taken include: use bracket perfusion at fieldwork, prefabricate put together (can whole hole ,subsection in series ) cantilever perfusion ,push out, use slip form one by one span to construct.Considering the advantages in structure, construction, and usage, there are more the prestressed concrete series box girder bridge built than others in recent years, and it's developing trend is: lighten the weight of the structure , apply high-grade C40-C60; with the development of the architectural material and prestressing force technology, the span has gradually augment.Since series box girder has the virtue in structure, construct and use in bridge, recent years had construct more the prestressed concrete series box girder bridge. Which develop direction: lighten structure weight ,apply high-grade C40-C60; with the architectural material and prestressing force technology developing ,the span has gradually augment .moderate span such as 40—80m, popularly using at super bridge approach ,highway and city road flyover and river bridge, whose navigation headroom is not demanded so strictly .In this thesis, with the studying object of the designation and the calculating process of the prestressed concrete series box girder bridge (Fulin bridge in Mianyang city), integrating the fact of the bridge and former experiences, the structure size is established rationally, and with the help of the computer, dividing whole bridge into many sects ,playing a calculate to constant carry ,change carry brings internal force ,make a calculate to match steel and piers.
