SHITAI passenger dedicated line is main line for passenger transpatation, It plays role of transpation routeway with existing SHITAI line. Building SHITAI passenger dedicated line may improve freight transportation capability of SHITAI routeway, meet demand of passenger transportation, advance transportation quality, and reduce loss for the national economy and transportation passenger because of deficient transportation capability. At the same time, it has important significance for the developing economy along the line and exploiting country.The author studies the problem of building and transportation organization of SHITAI passenger dedicated line. The author analyzes the predominance of high speed railway lines, some factors and conditions that shoulbe be thinked over at building high speed railway lines. Baseing on economy character, technology character and structure of railway network, the author forecasts traffic volume of freight and passenger transportation of SHITAI routeway, confirms trains amount.It is an important question for discussion problem for the development high speed railway lines to confirm its transit capacity. Author analyzes the scope of objective speed, approach. Conclusion is obtained that objective speed is 250km/h is drawn.Advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of operation patterns are analyzed. On initial stages, mixed transportation organization mode should be applied., Passenger dedicated line will bring into play the function as passenger dedicated line after enlarging transportation capability of existing SHITAI line, passenger and freight transportation are separated. At the same time, Author studies station layout based on passenger-freight transportation task and technology task, analyzes train running scheme and deduction coefficient by studying adaptation of transportation capability and traffic volume.At last, author studies transportation capability of SHITAI routeway on all kinds of operation patterns.
